One-Time Consultation:

1. Determine whether your child’s processing problem is a processing breakdown at the low brainstem (modulation issues) or the upper brainstem (self-regulation issues), describe what this means, and the next steps for therapy and/or further recommendations

2. Provide you a preliminary in-home sensory diet to address the above issues (this sensory diet is to be implemented in the home for three months

Semester-Long Consultation:

1. Determine whether your child’s processing problem is a processing breakdown at the low brainstem (modulation issues) or the upper brainstem (self-regulation issues), describe what this means, and the next steps for therapy and/or further recommendations

2. Provide you a preliminary in-home sensory diet to address the above issues (this sensory diet is to be implemented in the home for one-three months

3. Check in at the end of month one, month two, and month three to determine progress and next steps

Progressive Plan Consultation:

1. Determine whether your child’s processing problem is a processing breakdown at the low brainstem (modulation issues) or the upper brainstem (self-regulation issues), describe what this means, and the next steps for therapy and/or further recommendations

2. Provide you a preliminary in-home sensory diet to address the above issues; to be implemented daily in all environments (home, school, and community)
